This is achieved through unique coding and time recordings throughout the process. Product recall and traceability audits are tested on a regular basis with the help of close relationships with customers and their depots.

Gourmet Island operate from a purpose built production facility were our products are produced under strong hygienic conditions and good practices adhered to.

Our products are manufactured by experienced staff that is trained in Food Safety & Manufacturing who are competent within their duties.

Our premises are inspected by Food Safety experts within the British Retail Consortium and we have maintained a grade ‘A’ standard.
