Gourmet Island operate from a purpose built production facility where our products are produced under strong hygienic conditions and good practices are adhered to. Our product range is manufactured onsite by experienced staff that are trained in Food Safety & Manufacturing and are competent in performing their duties. Our premises are inspected by Food Safety experts within the British Retail Consortium and we constantly maintain grade ‘AA’ standards.
Our Technical team at Gourmet Island lends technical support throughout the manufacturing process and are also happy to provide advice and support to our customers. We ensure all our products comply with the food safety legislation and BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.
